Patients Speak →
There is no shortage of testimonials about how amazing NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital truly is. But NYP also wanted to express how their care and attention was centered around their patients - how they valued and appreciated them as individuals.
So we featured these patients to give them a voice and truly hear from them. And not to simply talk about how grateful they are to NYP but to let their hard-earned wisdom from their often life-threatening experiences speak. And to have other patients benefit from that wisdom.
This made for some raw, meaningful, evergreen social content that could uplift, encourage and motivate current and future patients in the same boat. Because it's one thing to hear about chemo or having your premature baby stuck in the NICU or overcoming the debilitating effects of a stroke from your doctor or nurse but quite a different experience to hear it from a fellow patient.
We recorded their insights, their advice and their stories. And then we shot a bunch of testimonials as well.
I conducted the interviews and scripted the edits for all videos.
